Proper nutrition, exercise and routine chiropractic care help the body to perform at maximum efficiency, resulting in improved function.
The Paleo Diet is pretty basic in its recommendations, eat natural and don’t eat processed. Packaged is typically processed. The less the packaging the more natural the foods. A great rule of thumb is to only purchase around the outside of your general market (fresh produce and fresh meat).
From a wholistic point of view, one that understands your
mind/body/spirit are interconnected and regulated by innate
intelligence, you can pick any place to start changing your life
for the better at any moment and that action will impact your
Goal Setting Tips:
1.Write it down. Studies have shown that successful people write their goals down and regularly review them. I recommend reading them daily to get them in the mindset.
2.Make them measurable. Instead of “I want to lose weight”, try “I want to lose 10 lbs by March 1st”.
3.Make them attainable. “I want to lose 15 lbs by the end of January” is not realistic-at least not from a healthy, able to be maintained standpoint.
4.Set shorter goals/benchmarks for success. If you do not currently exercise at all, setting a goal for daily exercise may not be realistic at first, but setting a goal to exercise 3-4 times a week will allow you to make the habit without causing the often vicious cycle of giving up over zealous goals.
5.Get good support and/or a health coach. If you have tried the goal before and have not been successful, it might be necessary to find a “coach”, doctor, etc that can help you attain the goal. For other goals, finding a partner to join you or using a reward such as buying a new outfit now, can be good motivation.

Her top 5 hints:
1. Zhong Gan Ling: Flu– High fever, sore throat, achy upper body. Start treatment at the first sign of illness. It is much easier to lessen the impact of the flu if you start early.
Take 4-6 three times per day.
2. Sinatrol: Sinus Infection– Pain or pressure in cheeks, teeth, eyes, forehead, top of head, fever/ chills or yellow or green thick discharge.
Take 2 twice per day
3. Old Indian Wild Cherry Bark: Cough– Upper Respiratory infection, Nose, throat, and upper passageways. Bronchitis; wheezing, whistling, dry cough, and possible stomach pain.
Must take indicated dosage.
Bi Yan Pian: For cough, sneezing, or irritated throat from allergies
4 three times per day.
4. Elderberry Syrup: Overall Prevention– 1mL/hour
5. Curing Pills: Viral Diarrhea/Food Poisoning (Diarrhea alone or with vomiting due to any cause). May or may not have; fever, vomiting, pain, chills, headache, respiratory symptoms, dizziness and shakiness.

Other quick and easy tips:
– Chew whole cloves of raw garlic
– Soup made with ginger, garlic and onion
– Wet socks
